Studio apartments that are either private or shared
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Designed for a short term stay after a 3 day qualifying hospital stay
Designed to help a person regain their ability to do activities of daily living before returning to prior living arrangement.
Must need skilled care 5 days a week by either nursing and/or rehabilitation.
If you know your loved one cannot safely return home after rehab ends, give Benchmark a call and we will assess and assist with a safe transition to either an independent living, assisted living, memory care, or private pay healthcare setting!
Respite Care
A short-term private pay stay, typically for 1 week or greater
Rooms come fully furnished!
Meals, 24/7 nursing staff, transportation, and therapy on site!
Residential Care Homes
Provide care and support similar to AL but in a smaller, home-like setting.
Often converted single-family homes located in neighborhoods.
Some are licensed by the state, some are unlicensed
Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC)
Provide full healthcare continuum on site including: Often independent living cottages and/or Independent living apartments, assisted living, memory care, skilled rehab, and long term care.
Offer several “buy in” options to suite your personal preferences
Are often life care plans or fee for service plans
